The installation of the Distribution Cabinet is an important and strictly compliant work. The following are the specific requirements for the installation of the Distribution Cabinet:

1. Preparation before construction

Unpacking inspection: After the Distribution Cabinet is transported to the site, an unpacking inspection should be organized to ensure that the equipment body, accessories, and spare parts are complete, without deformation or paint peeling, and that the instrument components, spare parts, and instructions are not damaged, and unpacking records should be kept.

Environmental preparation: The environment in the control room should be qualified, all interior decoration construction has been completed, and the room is clean and safe.

2. Installation steps

Basic installation: According to the layout of the construction drawing, place the Distribution Cabinet on the foundation steel in sequence. After the cabinets are in place, first align the cabinets at both ends, then stretch a small line from the bottom of the cabinet to the upper two-thirds of the height, align each cabinet one by one, and use the cabinet surface as the standard. Use 0.5mm gaskets for adjustment during alignment, and no more than three gaskets are allowed at each location.

Fixing: After alignment, fix the cabinet according to the size of the cabinet fixing screw hole. The cabinets are connected with each other and with the side baffles with galvanized screws. The high and low voltage switch cabinets are firmly welded with the reserved angle steel.

Adjustment of levelness and panel deviation: After installation, the levelness and panel deviation should be properly adjusted to ensure that the level deviation of the top of the two adjacent cabinets is not more than 2mm, the level deviation of the top of all cabinets is not more than 5mm, the unevenness of the two adjacent cabinet sides is not more than 1mm, the unevenness of the entire cabinet surface is not more than 5mm, and the joint between the cabinets is not more than 2mm.

3. Other precautions

Grounding: The Distribution Cabinet needs to be connected to the foundation steel separately. The PE row and grounding bolts in the cabinet can be connected with copper wire, and spring washers can be added for loosening. Each cabinet door needs to be set according to the above steps.

Busbar connection: When the top of the Distribution Cabinet is connected to the busbar, the busbar matching wrench should be used to reinforce it as required, and neutral vaseline should be applied to the contact surface.

Cleaning and marking: After wiring in the cabinet is completed, use a vacuum cleaner to remove debris in the cabinet, keep the inside and outside of the equipment clean, and accurately mark the equipment position number and circuit number.

In summary, the installation of the Distribution Cabinet needs to be carried out strictly in accordance with the specifications to ensure that each step meets the relevant requirements to ensure the safe and stable operation of the Distribution Cabinet.
